There's this constant alert popup on my phone that says "Sorry, we ran into a problem. Please try again. If the problem persists, call us at 800-922-0204." The number is Verizon's since its a verizon phone but I bought it refurbished and verizon doesnt work where I live so I cant call them. It says error code 1000 at the end. Is it because my sim card isn't Verizon's? Its been doing that for more than a week and its really annoying.
