I'm fairly new to statistics. I am looking to see if scores from time 1 and time 2 are significantly different for a sample size of 66. My data is paired and not normally distributed. Would the correct statistical method be a paired t-test with bootstrapping? What would you suggest for number of samples, sample size, and random seed? What kind of confidence would you have in its findings. Any help would be much appreciated because I have done a time of looking around and can't find much to verify that I am doing this correctly........
