I am trying to model for understanding the probability of a customer buying a product based on his/her recent interactions with the system. For a customer who has made a purchase it is very easy to calculate recency attributes however how do I calculate the same for customers who haven't made any purchase?

To simplify how to calculate recency attributes for customers who haven't made any purchases?
