Dell laptop boot up issue due to lcd hinge

I am having issue with my dell e6420 laptop. It power's up but nothing on screen. When I start it only once caps lock turns on and goes off again, after that nothing happens. I googled the issue and found that cause of this may be lcd cable that goes through hinge. Here is the link enter link description here

So, I also tapped the hinges couple off time and it started. But this happened again and I am not able to start it this time. I disassembled it and it started for a while but after re-assembling it went off with the same issue. I don't want to give it to any repair shop because they will ask to replace lcd. But I am sure that LCD is working perfectly. So, any permanent solution for this problem ?
