Detect editor instance on the page

Is there a way to check wheter any editor instance has been loaded on the current screen in admin panel or not? I'm working on meta box with native WP Link capabilities. Unfortunately when I use

require_once ABSPATH . "wp-includes/class-wp-editor.php";
echo '<div id="wp-link">';
_WP_Editors::wp_link_dialog();
echo '</div>';

on the page where the editor has been loaded it doesn't load any styles to wp-link modal pop-up. On pages without editor (i.e. theme options pages) it works properly.

Best regards, Dan.
