Adding .json file as preloader before entering page?

i have animation with .json extension. I want use it for my wordpress preloader page? Can anyone help me ?

JSON is actually raw data (it stands for JavaScript Object Notation). It in and of itself is not an animation.

However it can contain the data needed for an animation. For instance, After Effects can export the animation as a JSON file (which again is raw data), to be imported into another application which makes use of it.

WordPress is not one of those applications. It does not even have a preloader by default.

Since you wrote "use it for my WordPress preloader page" I presume you have a preloader, perhaps one you installed via a plugin or one that came bundled with your theme. In either of those cases, you would need to contact the author (of the plugin or theme) for support and more details about what file formats it accepts.
